We are Simon Fowler and Patricia Hart, a very focused and family orientated business, Must Have Music and Impact was established in 2003 in memory of dear Leonard Fowler, Simons father who was a Jazz Drummer and became a teacher of his skills. We will introduce ourselves further below.

Simon
I worked for many years in the music industry as a keyboard and hi-tec specialist then later became manager of a music store, but felt I would like to forward on my skills, knowledge and creativity to the general public from my own love of art, music and instruments through our own business.

Patrisha
while studying at a further education college I worked at a local grocery store and there realised my love for retail, in hope to have my own business in the near future. In 1978 started working for further education and after twenty five years there, decided to join Simon in our Business in 2003, where we joined our skills and experience to develop our business together to an amazing standard, and to ensure we always treat each of our customers as important as the next.

The Must Have Group is a Clicks and Mortar company, originally started as a pure B2C (Business to Consumer), but now we trade in both the B2B (Business to Business)and B2E (Business to Educational) markets. Our primary mode of business is the traditional Bricks and Mortar, face to face service which we dearly love and are in the process of expanding in the town of Blackwood, South Wales.

We are also pursing our e-commerce ventures as we notice that a lot of the online stores do not offer a personalised service which we can and will always give. We can promise every customer they will receive the same level of service as if you met us in person, you will never deal with a call centre and can speak to either Simon or Patricia in person about any questions or order at any time.

We work with local educational establishments for their educational needs, and occasionally help to raise funds and awareness for local charity events.

As part of our developments we have introduced t-shirt and apparel printing as well as banners, textile, canvas and much more, allowing us to work to all individual needs and requirements from an individual t-shirt designed and printed, to a business contract for banners or work-wear.
